Our inaugural Forum will see us explore Kindness to Ourselves, Kindness in Conflict, Kindness through Community and Kindness in Inclusion, on a level that goes way beyond pleasantries and politeness by exploring issues such as conditional kindness, reflective practice and accountability, the challenges of working in an adversarial legal system, conflict management, toxic competition, bullying in the profession, mental health challenges, privilege, diversity and inclusion.
