Zebunnissa Khan is a highly experienced psychologist with over 20 years of expertise in mental health, specialising in workplace well-being, trauma, and resilience-building. Based in Canberra, she works with individuals in high-pressure environments, including legal professionals, supporting them in navigating stress, burnout, and systemic barriers to inclusion.
As the founder of Lifestyle Psychology, Zeb is committed to fostering psychological safety in professional spaces. Zeb’s therapeutic approach, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emphasises self-efficacy, independence, and sustainable coping strategies.
Beyond clinical practice, Zeb is a sought-after speaker, having presented at events such as the Women’s Leadership Summit and as a guest on ABC Canberra. She actively engages in conversations about mental health, gender equity, parenting, and leadership, advocating for systemic change in both corporate and community settings.
With a passion for helping individuals and organisations thrive, Zeb continues to champion mental well-being, resilience, and inclusivity across diverse professional and personal spaces. Outside of work, Zeb is a mother of three and enjoys being outdoors whether it be surfing in Sydney or exploring new hikes in Canberra.
